What skills and experience we're looking for
St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy are currently seeking a Payroll Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust
As the Trust Payroll Officer, you will deliver a responsive, accurate and efficient Payroll service, undertaking a range of payroll activities including processing the monthly payroll for the Trust, administering all pension related processes and you will support the ongoing development of the Payroll Service offering to our Schools across the Trust. There will be opportunities for career progression as the Trust expands and the team grows.
The successful candidate will:
- Be CIPP qualified at level 3 or equivalent experience
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience using iTrent or other payroll system to process payroll.
- Work efficiently and effectively, especially under
- Be accurate with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Be confident in providing payroll support and advice to our Schools
- Understand the purpose and mission of the Trust and appreciate the difference a great education makes to pupils’ lives
