Join Our Team as a People Partner and Make a Difference to our Secondary Academies in Cambridgeshire!

Are you a People (HR/Recruitment) professional with sparkle, passion, and the ambition to deliver first-rate People Partnering Services? Are you a creative innovator inspired by delivering an excellent employee life cycle and providing expert guidance on legal compliance and regulatory matters? Do you have extensive human resources and recruitment experience in the Education sector?

If yes, then we have the role for you. We are looking for a People Partner to support our Secondary Academies within the Cambridgeshire region. Below is a brief overview of some of the key duties, with further information found within the attached Role Specification.

Your Role:

  • Embed Vision: Work closely with leadership teams to integrate our shared vision, values, and Trust dividends, ensuring they are understood by staff and students.
  • Ensure Compliance: Deliver expertise in employee relations and advisory, ensuring compliance with employment law and local arrangements.
  • Support Recruitment: Liaise closely with the recruitment partner, supporting talent initiatives to attract new talent to the Trust through a well-managed resignation and exit process.
  • Trusted Expert: Provide the best possible provision for school leaders and central leaders across a cluster of Academies.
  • Best-in-Class Service: Deliver a top-tier people service to academies/functions within the Trust through regular meetings and updates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse people metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify areas of risk, and actively manage data dashboards and reports.
