Full time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks Hours to be worked Monday-Friday between 06:00 and 18:30

Full time equivalent salary

Grade D, (SCP 7-9) - £26,403 – £27,254 per annum (pro rata to hours worked)

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidates will have:

  • Willingness to undertake NVQ 2 in related subject e.g. Cleaning & Support Services or 2 years’ experience in an equivalent role

  • Experience of cleaning and caretaking

  • Handy person/DIY experience to undertake general building maintenance and minor repairs

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • An understanding of health & safety procedures and regulations e.g. COSHH, including safe moving, lifting & handling

  • To be able to be the main key holder on occasions and attend to “call outs” outside normal working hours.

  • Basic IT skills to enter data onto computers
