About the Role
We are looking for a highly efficient and personable Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide exceptional support to our executive leaders and central team. This is a vital role at the heart of the Trust’s operations – helping to coordinate activity, manage communications, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level PA support to senior leaders, including maintaining accurate records
- Support the organisation of Trust-wide events, meetings and governance activities
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Provide general administrative support to the central team as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally in education or a fast-paced organisation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion, professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
