What skills and experience we're looking for
ob Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, providing confidential administrative support, managing complex schedules and communications, playing a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven experience of providing high-level administrative or PA support in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for the Headteacher.
- The ability to exercise the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
- A proactive and flexible approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
- A commitment to the school’s values of Respect, Responsibility, and Aspiration, and to contributing positively to the wider school community.
