As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) within the Woodlands Enhanced Provision, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning, develop independence, and thrive within a safe and nurturing environment. Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality personal and educational care tailored to each pupil’s individual needs, including those with complex physical, medical, or learning difficulties.
