What skills and experience we're looking for

Bridgwater College Academy are seeking a Deputy Manager to assist the pre-school manager with the day to day running of our pre-school, and step in as acting manager during any manager absence.

This opportunity lends itself to someone passionate about providing high quality childcare and has a proactive and dynamic approach to early years development.

By being placed within a wider school setting, our pre-school is well supported in terms of administration, HR and finance, so that the priority and focus of our managers can be on supporting staff to provide the highest level of care and education for our children.

An NVQ Level 3 childcare and early years certification or equivalent is essential for this position.
