Pre-School Lead job summary
We have an excellent opportunity for a Pre-School Lead Practitioner to join us at Thomas Eaton Primary Academy. 35 hours per week, term-time only.
Job purpose:
- To manage the day to day running of the Pre-School to include co-ordinating the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment, meeting the minimum Ofsted requirements
- To plan a range of activities based on an observation and assessment cycle for children aged 2 – 4+ years
- Managing a staff team, working under the direction of the Headteacher to ensure policies and procedures are implemented at all times
- To fulfil legal and statutory requirements
