Part time (Can be done as a job share): The hours of work will be 8.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break. 35 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (Term Time only)

Salary Grade 6, SCP 16 to 22, £29,572 to £32,654 pro rata (approx. £23,955 pa.)

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • have experience of working with children in an educational setting;

  • have completed TA qualifications to at least Level 3 or equivalent;

  • have strong positive behaviour management strategies;

  • support the ethos of the school;

  • be enthusiastic and reflective;

  • be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff;

  • be an excellent communicator;

  • have proven experience and impact when teaching groups of children in schools.
