What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified caring and enthusiastic Pre-School practitioner to join us in our amazing Pre-School. We support one another as we work to provide a quality learning experience for all our children in a fun environment. Applicants will need to show knowledge of and work within the requirements of the Statutory Framework, have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection and be able to follow and implement the policies and procedures of the setting.

  • Confident, caring and friendly
  • Excellent communication skills, competently liaising with parents and other professionals
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and supportive of other practitioners in the setting
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment
  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and framework
  • Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all children
