Premises Manager job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for all aspects of premises management and to work under the direction of the Headteacher and Head of Estates. The role will also support Shalford Primary School 4 hours a week. The successful candidate will be a team player, highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and work efficiently under pressure. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The working hours will be:

Term Time

Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 with a 30 minute lunch break

Friday 07:00 - 14:30 with a 30 minute lunch break

School Closures

Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:00 with a 30 minute lunch break

Friday 8:.00 -15.30 with a 30 minute lunch break

37 hours per week - all year round

An induction programme and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
