Premises Manager job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for all aspects of premises management and to work under the direction of the Headteacher and Trust Head of Estates. The role will also support Shalford Primary School 4 hours a week, both schools are based in the Braintree district of Essex.
Shalford Primary School is a short 15 minute drive from Notley Green Primary School. Travel expenses to Shalford from Notley Green may be reimbursed in accordance with the Trust’s “Travel and Expenses Policy”. A full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful candidate will be a team player, highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
The working hours will be:
Term Time
Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 with a 30 minute lunch break
Friday 07:00 - 14:30 with a 30 minute lunch break
School Closures
Monday to Thursday 8:00 -16:00 with a 30 minute lunch break
Friday 8:00 -15.30 with a 30 minute lunch break
37 hours per week - all year round
An induction programme and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
