What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a rare opportunity for a well-motivated and experienced individual to join our Premises Team, which consists of an experienced Premises Manager and cleaning staff.
The successful applicant will be able to evidence and demonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ and proactive attitude to premises work, to our sizeable school site.
Practical maintenance skills in areas such as basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and electricity are desirable. The successful applicant will also need to be physically fit, as this is an active, hands-on position. They should also be flexible and adaptable, as the role can be varied and demanding, due to the dynamic nature of school life.
The role is for 36 hours a week, working 5 days starting at 10:30am and finishing at 6:30pm pm with a 1 hour lunch break (unpaid). The contract is for 52 weeks per year.
