- NJC Scale SO1 - points 23 to 25 (£39150 to £40344 per annum) - pro rata for part-year working
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
- Practical experience and skills in crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, general and ground maintenance, electrical/building maintenance and modern heating systems
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements and experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date administration, reports and records as required
- A commitment to working in a school and becoming part of our community
- An ability to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational skills and be able to work with a high level of autonomy, using own initiative and is flexible.
