This is a varied and hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who takes pride in high standards and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. There will also be opportunities to support and work across schools within the Trust's Crayford Hub.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Maintain the security, safety and operational effectiveness of the school site.
  • Support statutory compliance, health and safety procedures, and site inspections.
  • Carry out minor repairs, maintenance tasks and preventative works.
  • Coordinate contractors and monitor works completed on site.
  • Support cleaning, grounds maintenance and waste management activities.
  • Assist with the setup and operation of school and Trust events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and wider Trust Estates team.

The successful candidate must hold a full driving licence and be able to attend the school site within 30 minutes for emergency call-outs if required.
