What skills and experience we're looking for
- Ensuring safeguarding practice, policies, procedures, systems and training are robust, up-to-date and implemented by all staff
- Lead person for behaviour and pastoral care
- Manage and coach the SENDCO
- Supporting the Attendance team, aspects of Admissions (including new arrivals), EAL data and other emerging aspects of school life as part of the 3-19 team
- To lead on an area of the curriculum and or Key Stage
