Our Pool is for all Primary qualified staff or ECTs, requiring a teaching role in Hounslow schools. Previous UK classroom experience is required.

As the LA Employer, we support our schools with recruitment and retention of staff, including workload and well-being, as part of the wider School Effectiveness remit.
Once you have submitted your application, your application will be considered against the shortlisting criteria. Successfully shortlisted applicants will have their details released to schools. Headteachers will invite applicants to interview in school.
