• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience of working in early years/KS1/KS2
• Significant experience supporting autistic children /SEN experience
• A patient, resilient, and caring approach
• Enthusiasm and a keen interest in ongoing professional development in the field of autism

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in our Primary Department, you will work closely with skilled professionals to provide individualised support to pupils, enabling them to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.
