What skills and experience we're looking for

We would welcome applications from experienced Headteachers as well as senior leaders looking for their first headship and would support and develop them as they grow into the role.

You will be:

• A practising Catholic
• A passionate advocate for the school, willing to work closely with parishes and the community to promote the school and ensure our future viability
• Able to understand and value our richly diverse community
• A candidate with a proven track record of implementing change and raising standards in teaching and learning, resulting in measurable whole school improvements, within a consistent, caring, accountable ethos.
• Someone with passion and enthusiasm for each individual child’s learning and determination to see that each child maximises their full potential
• Financially astute and aware of the challenges facing schools
