What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career within a supportive cluster of academies, where collaboration is key, as we strive for excellence for our children. Our academy was recently visited by Ofsted in January 2025 and we gained an outstanding judgement in all strands of inspection. Our school is incredibly diverse with over a third of our pupils either speaking a different language or coming to use from a different country. Our percentage of pupils with identified SEND needs is above the national and local average.

This opportunity is for an ambitious individual open to innovation, a commitment to professional development and one who has the aspiration to work with like-minded people. We are looking for an individual who has the experiences of the children at the heart of their thinking and the desire to make a real difference for the pupils in our community. You will join a group of professionals who are determined to develop the academy into the very best it can be, contributing in innovate ways to develop our curriculum and extended provision.

We look forward to you joining our dedicated and supportive team.

We have an incredibly caring, passionate and talented staff who are dedicated to ensuring that they provide a positive foundation for each and every child who comes through our doors. We are really proud of Estcourt, our children are amazing and a real pleasure to teach!

Through the RESPECT curriculum we pride ourselves on extending each child to their social, emotional and academic potential, where working with families is central in everything we do.
