Primary Teacher job summary

Didcot Primary Academy is seeking to appoint from 2nd November 2026 an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our team on a fixed term basis. We are looking for a highly effective teacher, who will teach a small group of Year 4 pupils who require a different approach to English and Mathematics due to their learning needs and cognitive understanding. In the afternoons you would then be teaching in Year 2, 4 and 6 across the week, releasing our senior leaders.

This vacancy represents an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team, many of whom have been at the school for a long period of time. Work life balance is seriously considered at this school.
