• Have a history of good to outstanding record of managing pupils with SEMH and ensuring good progress.

• committed to creating a positive learning environment no matter what barriers they may face.

• Need a high level of resilience and a commitment to working in an emotionally intelligent team to support vulnerable children.

• Be committed and have a passion for achieving high standards in their work and high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Be flexible, cheerful and enjoy working with children, parents and staff.
• Be able and willing to form a positive relationship with pupils in order to support their personal and social development in accordance with the school’s guideline
• Be consistent, calm and a reflective practitioner with a growth mind-set
