West Suffolk College is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Programme Tutor-Business and Management to join our growing apprenticeship and higher education team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes across Management, HR, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, and more.

As a Programme Tutor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future workforce, supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. You'll manage a caseload of apprentices, providing training and assessment across essential Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, ensuring they are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment. Working closely with the Programme Lead and Head of Department, you'll contribute to the ongoing success and development of our thriving apprenticeship provision.

This is a highly flexible role, with most of the delivery taking place on employer premises across the East of England. The ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and travel between sites is essential.

We’re looking for individuals with experience in Business and Management, ideally qualified to Level 3 or above. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience in HR, though this is not essential. While experience in education or training is beneficial, it is not a requirement—full training will be provided.
