This role involves managing a caseload of apprentices, carrying out workplace visits, assessing practical competence, and providing one-to-one coaching and support through to End Point Assessment. You will work closely with employers to ensure apprentices develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed in the industry.

The position suits someone with strong industry experience who wants a more structured, long-term role while remaining connected to the trade. It offers a permanent salary, college benefits, and the opportunity to move into education without leaving the sector.

* This will be paid as £1,500 at the end of first month of employment and £1,500 after six months completed service.
