What skills and experience we're looking for
Saint Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Academy are looking to appoint a dedicated &enthusiastic individual with ambition to mentor our pupils. The successful candidate willbe key to raising the aspirations and achievement of our pupils. You should have a passionand ambition to support pupils in managing their own behaviour through mentoring smallgroups or on individual basis. We are looking for an individual with a creative and dynamicapproach to supporting pupils requiring an alternative learning environment.
