Day to day you will:

Work within a supportive team, led by our Assistant Principal for Personal Development and Behaviour and Attitudes and our SENDCO.

Deliver behaviour interventions and support plans.

Support the challenge and motivation of pupils, promoting and reinforcing Hovingham’s behaviour approach - The Hovingham Way.

Provide structured activities and lunchtime support as an alternative provision.

Work with individuals and groups both within and outside the classroom setting, as part of Hovingham’s tiered approach.

Improved your subject knowledge and skills in delivering our SEMH curriculum.
