What skills and experience we're looking for

Reading Leader

18.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time plus INSET Days)

BTCT Band 4 Point 5. Actual starting salary £10,906.02 per annum

To lead and champion a whole-school culture of reading for pleasure and progress. The Reading Leader will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of reading interventions, ensuring all pupils, especially those at risk of falling behind, receive targeted, evidence-based support. This role combines the traditional strengths of a librarian with strategic leadership in literacy development.
