Reception and Admin Assistant job summary

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in promoting high levels of attendance and punctuality by students and to maintain records both manual and electronic relating to these areas, including working with the Attendance Welfare Officer

Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the school’s office and reception area

Be responsible for the efficient operation of the school’s switchboard

Undertake general office, reception and administrative duties as required

Contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of The Trust

Work under the direction of the Office Manager
