Reception Class Teacher job summary
The Governing Body of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint an outstanding early years teacher with QTS to join the Early Years and KS1 team.
We are looking for a teacher who:
• is enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative
• has a passion for Early Years and understands the importance of learning through play to develop the whole child
• is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• is committed to working in partnership with parents and other professionals
• supports the school’s Catholic ethos and commits to the wider life of the school
• has a passionate belief in the inclusion of all children and the ability to respond to the challenge of inclusion
• has a passion for the delivery of phonics and a commitment to continuous professional development
• has the skills required for effective team and partnership work
