We are seeking a dedicated Reception/Office Administrator to join our supportive and professional team, providing vital administrative support to students, staff, and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of school life, supporting day-to-day operations and making a positive impact on students’ educational experience.

Key Details:

Working Hours:

  • Monday & Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)
    Term Time Only

Reporting to: Senior Office Manager

Your Role Will Include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for student reception and handling general enquiries

  • Supporting administrative functions across reception, careers, enrichment, attendance, and cover

  • Operating the school switchboard and managing phone/email correspondence

  • Maintaining and updating manual and electronic records using MIS and IT systems

  • Liaising with staff, students, external agencies, and the wider school community

  • Organising events and supporting meetings

  • Assisting with medical/first aid responsibilities (training can be provided)

  • Supporting the daily running of reprographics, post distribution, and lost property

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong IT and organisational abilities

  • A team player with a flexible and professional approach

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Willingness to undertake training as needed

Fluent spoken English is essential, as required under the Immigration Act 2016.
