At Childwall Sports & Science Academy, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Receptionist/Admin Support Assistant to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient and a warm welcome to our students, staff and visitors.

Job overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
Job requirements
- Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
- Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
- A high level of verbal and written communication standards
- Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
