Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Wootton Primary School, Bedford Road Site

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, Term Time Only

Hours: Part Time, 17.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:30pm,

Salary: Level 2, Point 4-5 (£10,308 - £10,471 per annum)

Closing Date: 10th September 2025 at 09:00am

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to undertake a range of administrative, clerical and receptionist duties that supports the provision of high quality administrative services to the school. Including using our Bromcom system to manage our breakfast and afterschool club system. You will be based at our Bedford Road site.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.

In line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils, this appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
