Working pattern

Full time: This is a term time only role with two staff development days (one at the start of the academic year and the other before October half term) + 2 days in August every year (the day that GCSE results are published and the following day). 37 hours per week; 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Fridays with a 30 minute lunch break.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administrator to provide a first class service on Reception starting Wednesday 22April 2026. Meeting/greeting, telephone duties and processing a wide range of administrative tasks will form the backbone of this role.

Candidates should be well organised, diplomatic, confidential and calm with good interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills, a sense of humour and a willingness to work as part of a team will be key to ensuring Reception is professionally managed.
