Key responsibilities:

Deliver an effective reception service, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing mail Carry out clerical tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence using ICT systems Manage school dinner processes, including payments and monitoring non-payments Maintain records, process trip income, and update management information systems Provide general administrative support, including communication with parents and assisting students and staff

Pay range: NJC SCP 7 - 11 £28,111.54 - £29,719.47 (Includes ILW) 37 hours, 41 working weeks per year.

FTE NJC SCP 7 - 11£30,403.00 - £32,142.00 (Includes ILW) 37 hours, 52 working weeks per year.

Qualifications and Skills:

Good standard of education including English and Maths

Experience using Microsoft Office and ICT systems effectively

Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with staff, pupils and parents

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
