What skills and experience we're looking for
Hanson Academy are looking to appoint a Receptionist to join our academy in September 2024 on a part time, permanent basis.

As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with the academy/school for all parents/carers and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and need to ensure information flows are accurate and effective. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post as well as assisting with other general office duties as required.
Salary: Grade B Point 3 (£22,737 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £7,759.26.
Hours: 15 hours per week / Term Time only (38 Weeks) / Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday and Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
