What skills and experience we're looking for
Weelsby Academy are looking to appoint a Receptionist to join our academy in September 2026, on a full time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave until July 2027.

Your new role
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with the academy/school for all parents/carers and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and need to ensure information flows are accurate and effective. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post as well as assisting with other general office duties as required. We are looking for someone organised, friendly and reliable to join a busy school office.
Salary: Grade B Point 3 (£24,796.00 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £21,421.99.
