What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a part time receptionist to join our busy reception team. Based in the school visitor reception office you will provide a first point of contact for parents, and visitors both in person and by phone and email. The reception team also provides assistance to students in some areas. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the school. Our reception can be a very busy environment and so the ideal candidate needs to be organised and able to work under pressure. You will need to be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills and a firm, calm and approachable manner.
The successful candidate should have a flexible approach to working and be willing to turn their hand to any administrative tasks. You will need excellent secretarial skills and be a competent user of IT. Experience of working in a customer faced role is also important.
