We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated individual to join our vibrant and inclusive staff body. As part of our close-knit, supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our diverse student community and play a key role in shaping student the experience and outcomes. This is a part-time (two and a half days per week set to two full days on a Thursday and Friday, with the half day flexible) and term time only position.
Building upon our strong foundation, where a thoughtful and well-structured pastoral system is already in place, you will get to know students personally, adapting and tailoring the provision to ensure each one has a positive school experience. You will have the opportunity to work with teams who are consistently delivering outstanding results, and we are focused on continuously improving our practices to provide even greater care for our students.
