Receptionist job summary

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School. You will be the first point of contact for our school community and play an essential role in creating a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all. This role will be for 32.5 hours per week.

Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm welcome to all visitors, parents, and pupils.

Handling telephone enquiries and manage the school's main reception area.

Supporting with administrative tasks including pupil attendance, appointments, and correspondence.

Assisting with safeguarding procedures and maintain visitor records.

Supporting the school office team with general administrative duties.

Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies in a professional manner.
