About the of the Role

We are looking for a receptionist who:

  • Will be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school
  • Will act as a welcoming, professional, and friendly first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils
  • Is well organised, efficient, and able to manage a busy school front office environment
  • Possesses excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Is enthusiastic and works collaboratively as part of a team
  • Will maintain effective record-keeping, telephone, and administrative systems to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school
  • Is committed to children’s welfare and safeguarding

Main Purpose

The administrative assistant / receptionist is responsible for supporting the administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. They will also act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
