What skills and experience we're looking for
- As the first point of contact , welcome guests and visitors in a calm, friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries.
- Sort and distribute incoming post.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, safe, and professional.
- Assist the wider team with office tasks.
- Assist with First Aid
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, polite, professional and approachable.
- Experienced in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Punctual, well-presented, ability to remain calm under pressure, and highly organised
