What skills and experience we're looking for

  • As the first point of contact , welcome guests and visitors in a calm, friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming post.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, safe, and professional.
  • Assist the wider team with office tasks.
  • Assist with First Aid
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, polite, professional and approachable.
  • Experienced in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Punctual, well-presented, ability to remain calm under pressure, and highly organised
