Receptionist job summary

In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Visitor Reception and the first point of call for contact to the school.

With excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, you will undertake a range of different administrative tasks from managing the Academy’s switchboard to greeting visitors arriving on site.

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages and know how to use them effectively to reduce administrative burden.

This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave starting 26th February until 23rd October 2026.
