One minute you'll be supporting an academy to advertise a teaching vacancy, the next you'll be coordinating interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks or welcoming a new starter to the Trust.
You'll be part of a supportive team that works with 64 academies across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber, helping leaders recruit exceptional people into roles that make a real difference.
Whether you're already working in recruitment or looking to build a career in HR and people services, this role offers excellent experience, development opportunities and exposure to a wide range of recruitment activity.
What you'll be doing
✔ Being the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from applicants, academies and colleagues.
✔ Managing our recruitment inbox and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
✔ Creating and advertising vacancies through our recruitment system.
✔ Coordinating interviews and assessment activities.
✔ Producing contracts and new starter documentation.
✔ Completing pre-employment checks and supporting safer recruitment processes.
✔ Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring our systems are up to date.
✔ Supporting recruitment training and continuous improvement projects across the Trust.
