As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will join our Central People Team as a warm, professional first point of contact for applicants and new starters across our cross-phase family of 17 academies. In this fast-paced role, your administrative precision will directly support our school leaders and shape the team that inspires our pupils.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist hiring managers with vacancy postings, adverts, and smooth interview setups. Coordinate references, DBS, and pre-employment checks strictly in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
  • Maintain live HR/Payroll databases (iTrent) to ensure total trust-wide monthly payroll accuracy.
  • provide high-quality admin support during formal processes, including accurate minute-taking.
