London HQ location is 163 Eversholt St, London NW1 1BU, moving to Ed City, 1 Edcity Walk, Edcity, London W12 7TF from 1st Jan 25 onwards Are you a creative marketing mind? We're seeking a Recruitment Marketing Executive to join our team at Lift Schools. You'll craft engaging content, manage social media, and develop innovative campaigns. We are a large and diverse multi academy trust which ensures that this role will be dynamic and bring with it fantastic opportunities to develop and refine a broad range of marketing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative marketing professional to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people by supporting the recruitment of the very best education professionals. This role will support the production of engaging content such as videos, blogs and testimonials to engage with potential candidates. We would welcome applicants who are: * Creative and innovative in content creation, social media management, inbound marketing and/or recruitment marketing. * Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). * Knowledgeable on which recruitment channels and messages will best attract the right candidates for various roles. * Able to analyse data related to recruitment marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and make improvements. * Ability to generate and implement new, innovative strategies for attracting candidates, whether through digital content, events, or experiential marketing. The role is due to commence January/ early February 2025 This is a permanent position.
