About you
We are seeking an exceptional, values driven individual to help the Trust deliver its commercial strategy. Using your experience of delivering a diverse programme of prioritised regional tenders over a multi-year period, you will work with colleagues to embed social value to deliver broader societal and community benefits across all OAT operations.
You’ll be experienced in practical public procurement at a senior category level, a member of the Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply and competent in sourcing and contract management in corporate categories such as estates, IT, HR and finance.
We are looking for an independent and self-motivated person with a ‘customer first’ mind-set to work within our procurement team to deliver end to end business partnering function in partnership with a central team of regional specialists.
With a proven track record, you will act as a trusted advisor providing expert knowledge and excellent, simultaneous customer service, you will build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
The role requires project management experience, managing simultaneous workstreams across multi-functional teams. In this role, you will need to be a clear communicator working with many different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels.
