We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Reprographics Technician to join our busy secondary school office team.

Hours: 37 hours per week- Term Time only

  • Contract: Permanent

    About the Role:

    Responsible for providing printing, copying, and document production services, ensuring high-quality materials are prepared efficiently for staff and students.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic educational setting and values teamwork.

    We’re Looking For Someone Who:
    • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Is confident using multiple IT systems and office equipment

    • Can multitask and stay calm under pressure

    • Is reliable, punctual, and professional

    • Has previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (desirable)

    The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
