What skills and experience we're looking for
We require a Resilience & Engagement Mentor to support the development of student’s resilience and to enable them to succeed despite perceived barriers.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with young people with additional educational needs and an ability to engage constructively with a wide range of people including parents/carers and external agencies.
The skills to lead and plan work for students Behaviour, Attendance, SEND or Safeguarding needs along with monitoring and evaluating student progress and achievements.
