Actual Annual Salary: £35,692 - £38,080 - based on hours and weeks worked.
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £39,649 - £42,301 (CLF Grade F) based on full time hours, all year round.
Hours: 37 hours per week - Full Time, Term Time Only plus 5 insets + 2 weeks

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a brandnew Resource Base at Hans Price Academy, opening in September within a newly designed building and provision.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and forwardthinking Resource Base Manager to lead the development, implementation and daytoday running of this new provision. This role offers the chance to help design something meaningful from the ground up, creating a calm, highly skilled and inclusive environment where students with complex needs can thrive.
The Resource Base will support students with Autism(ASD), speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and emotionalbased school avoidance (EBSA). You will work closely with senior leaders, families, external professionals and specialist teams to ensure provision is personalised, traumainformed and responsive to students’ individual needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, confident in managing complexity, and motivated by the opportunity to build and lead a specialist provision from its very beginning. - Have strong expertise in autism and neurodiversity
- A clear understanding of speech, language and communication difficulties
- Experience supporting students with emotional‑based school avoidance
- The ability to lead, develop and inspire a skilled staff team
- Confidence in designing structured, nurturing provision while maintaining high aspirations
