Resource Base Teacher job summary
Marden Vale CE Academy is looking to appoint a caring, skilled, and committed teacher to work within our Resource Base provision for pupils with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This rewarding role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about inclusive education and has the expertise (or strong interest) in supporting children with a range of complex needs. The successful candidate will deliver highly personalised learning, working closely with support staff, families, and external professionals to ensure every pupil is supported to thrive.

We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with complex SEN needs
- Is an adaptive, reflective, and highly inclusive classroom practitioner
- Can plan and deliver personalised, engaging learning programmes
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants and external agencies
- Is committed to the ethos and values of a Church of England school
