SAFEGUARDING AND ALTERNATIVE PROVISION COORDINATOR
Salary: NJC Scale 5, Points 12 to 17 (£28,598 to £31,022 per annum FTE). Actual salary £24,528.28 per annum on point 12 (pay award pending).
Contract: Permanent. 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00 and Friday 08.00 to 15.30. 52 weeks a year

We are seeking an organised, compassionate and highly effective Safeguarding and Alternative Provision Coordinator to join our dedicated safeguarding and inclusion team at Comberton Village College.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting some of our most vulnerable pupils, helping to ensure they are safe, well supported and able to access high-quality education that meets their individual needs.
Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, pastoral leaders and external agencies, you will coordinate safeguarding processes, maintain accurate records and oversee alternative provision arrangements for students requiring additional support. Your work will help ensure that no child falls through the gaps and that every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
